EndNote Basics In-Person

In this one-hour workshop, you will learn the basics of using EndNote, a citation management software used to manage citations in personal libraries and create bibliographies based on a number of available journal or writing styles. The workshop is designed to be a hands-on experience. We strongly advise that if your personal computer is a laptop that you please bring it with you.

Learning objectives for this workshop

  • Acquiring EndNote through the OHSU Library
  • Manage citations by creating an EndNote library
  • Download and import citations though a variety of databases such as PubMed
  • Create bibliographies in a number of journal and writing styles
