EndNote Basics for Windows Users Online

EndNote is a popular reference management tool at OHSU. Sign up for this hands-on workshop to learn how to use it!

We will cover:

  • How to build and organize an EndNote Library
  • How to use EndNote to find full text PDFs for articles via the OHSU Library Catalog
  • How to use the EndNote Add-in for Microsoft Word to create and format citations and bibliographies

Prerequisites:

  • Please visit our EndNote Guide to download and install the site-licensed EndNote desktop client before the workshop begins
  • Make sure you have Microsoft Word installed

Please note:

  • Because OHSU's EndNote site license is limited to OHSU Members, this workshop is limited to OHSU Members only, and you will need to log in with your OHSU credentials to register.
  • This workshop is geared toward Windows users. Mac users are still welcome to attend, but because there are some significant differences in the way the program operates on the different systems, we recommend attending one of our Mac-focused workshops if you can.
